It was moving day at the university.  Students from all over the country were pouring into the town moving into dorms and apartments.  Walker and James were assigned to Room 2B at the Hillside Dorm.  It started off great.  They picked beds, fixed up the room, went to classes together, and ate meals in the meal hall at the same time.

One night Walker's brother brought him, Sam, the family dog.  Walker's brother said that heir parents were moving across the state and they would not be able to take the dog.   James began to worry.  He told Walker, he was allergic to dogs.  Dogs caused him to sneeze uncontrollably and to break out in a rash.  Walker apologized, but said his hands were tied.  It was his responsibility to take care of the dog.  Walker assured James that he would keep the dog on his side of the room.

Unfortunately, the dog had a mind of its own.  James came home on several occasions to find the dog laying in his bed.  Every time this happened, James would have to take the bed linens to the laundry.  Everyday James struggled with sneezing fits and rash breakouts.  One day he came in and found the dog had chewed up all of his shoes.  James finally had enough.

He put the dog out of the dorm room and the dog took off running.  When Walker came home, he called for Sam.  James told Walker when he got home Sam was not there.  Walker was devastated.  About an hour later, there was a knock on the door.  A neighbor was holding Sam.  "I found Sam wandering around outside."  Walker was so excited.  James on the other hand was back to square one.  Now what would he do?
