THE LESSON MISSION

Picture
  • I can explain the buttons, toolboxes, and toolbars in the ACAP Reading, Math, and Science Tests.

  • I can use test taking strategies that will help me to perform my best on the ACAP Summative Assessment.

ACAP

You will begin taking an important test the week before Spring Break called the ACAP.  This test will continue after you return from Spring Break during the month of April. ACAP stands for Alabama Comprehensive Assessment Program.  ACAP is an online test that the state requires you to take to prove that you have learned all the things you were supposed to for the year. ACAP uses different types of questions and has many technology tools and features that you will use when you test.

You have learned everything that is on this ACAP. This will help you to do well on the test, but in order for you to show what you've learned, you need to know how to use the tools on this test and understand how to answer the different types of questions on the ACAP. Over the next few weeks, you are going to learn how to use the different tools and answer the different types of questions so that you will feel comfortable taking the test, and you can focus on answering questions correctly to show off your mad skills!

ACAP PRACTICE & TESTING SKILLS INSTRUCTION

Follow my instructions as I go through the lesson with you. You may come back to these sites anytime, even at home, to practice the test questions and tools.
